Licensed & insured
Owner-run, covered, and easy to hold to it.
Anyone can promise a good job. Here’s what actually stands behind ours — the owner on site, real insurance, one crew, and a straight answer before a spade goes in.
Owner on every job
What it covers
Roberto Ramirez founded the company in 2018 and still runs the projects himself. The person who walks your property and quotes the work is the same person accountable for how it turns out — not a salesperson who hands you off to a crew you never met.
What it means for you
One name on the job from the first estimate to the final walk-through. If something isn’t right, you talk to the owner, not a call center.
Licensed & insured — COI on file
What it covers
Ramirez General Landscaping, LLC carries comprehensive coverage — general liability, commercial auto and workers’ compensation — with a current certificate of insurance (COI) on file. We’re glad to provide it before work begins.
What it means for you
Real recourse, not just a handshake. Your property and the crew on it are covered, so a landscaping project never turns into your liability.
One in-house crew
What it covers
Softscape and hardscape — lawns, sod and drainage, patio pavers, retaining walls, concrete, decks and fences — are carried out by our own Ramirez crew rather than farmed out to a chain of subcontractors.
What it means for you
One point of contact and one standard across the whole yard, so the finished job fits together instead of reading like three different contractors bolted it on.
Free estimates & honest scope
What it covers
Estimates are always free — no consultation fee. We come out, walk the property, and give you a clear, itemized scope and a straight answer on what the yard actually needs before any work starts.
What it means for you
You know what you’re paying for and why, up front. No surprise line items and no pressure — just an honest read on the work.
Proper handover & guidance
What it covers
We hand the yard over with a proper walk-through and clear guidance on caring for new sod, plantings and hardscape. New lawns and beds need a season to settle in, so we stay reachable after the crew leaves.
What it means for you
Your new landscape gets the best possible start, and you’re not left guessing how to water the sod or protect the pavers through a Carolina summer.
Where a job needs a certified trade — an electrical connection for lighting, say — we coordinate trusted specialists within the same managed project, so every part of your yard is done to the right standard by people we stand behind.
A credential is only worth the work behind it. Ours is backed by an owner who’s been on Triangle job sites since 2018 — and who’s still the one you call.
Want it done to that standard?
Tell us about the yard and we’ll come take a look. Estimates are always a free estimate — no consultation fee, no pressure, just a straight answer on what the work needs.
